What is the difference between a good and an outstanding product?
The level of detail that went into checking that everything is actually correct before shipping (or publishing).
I have been a linguistic quality assurance engineer for many different projects and it brings me enormous joy to spot and correct everything that should not be there: Starting with truncated sentences mid-word, labels that extend the bounds of the buttons or just incorrect or not existing translations.
